Pay Online In Three Steps

Get your username

The username for billing is your account number which we previously sent to you via email. You can request us to send it again by clicking the “Email Login Info” link on the login page.

Get your password

The password to your billing account is not your email password. If you don't know your password, please click on the link “Email Login Info” on the login page.

You can find the “Email Login Info” link below the password input box on the login page, as shown in the following screenshot:

Login to the billing portal

Please click here to open the infinity billing portal. You can then enter your login info to login, or request us to email the login info to you again.

If you'd rather not pay online, you can send us a check at the following address:

Please write your Infinity account number on the check

If you believe that payments you sent to us after the acquisition from Atmosera are not showing on your account please let us know, we have applied everything received by Atmosera as of 4/28/2022. Atmosera is now returning payments to the sender with a letter explaining that it was sent to the wrong company.
